Hideorzo Group has been lawfully engaged in the business of manufacturing various fully tanned leather products since 2003.

We hereby declare that the processed chrome-tanned cowhide leather goods manufactured by our company meet stringent quality and compliance standards. This declaration covers our range of products including carpets, wallets, bags, and other leather goods.

Hideorzo declares that all its leather products are produced in accordance with directives and regulations of the EUROPEAN UNION (EU) regarding the restrictions to the use of dangerous substances in leather goods and that they are therefore free from both ecological and toxicological risks.

We employ a chrome tanning process that involves the use of chromium salts. This method provides our leather products with exceptional strength, flexibility, and resistance to wear and tear. Our tanning process ensures that each product achieves a high-quality finish with desirable properties such as water resistance and durability. The finished leather is in compliance with requirements of safety and hygiene provided for the UNI norms and EU and member state regulations.

Regarding the safety issues we declare that our products have not been processed with following substances:

• Derivatives of hexavalent chromium
• Pentachlorophenol, its salts and esters
• Formaldehyde
• Azodyes which releases forbidden aromatic amines under the Annex of Directive 2002/61/EC

In particular, we declare that hexavalent chromium is not detectable under European Technical Specification.

Hideorzo Group guarantees that our products are hexavalent chromium free following the most valuable and up-to-date scientific criteria by the European Community (The DIN – 53314 -1996 Analytical Method for hexavalent chromium has been declared not valid). Pre-eminent researchers and Global institutes have shown that the element in such an oxidation state can be formed in particular stocking conditions; therefore formation of hexavalent chromium in a later time is out of control of Hideorzo Group and is under the responsibility of the customers.

The produced leather are consistent with the dispositions regarding labeling as “Genuine Leather” as provided for the precepts of International Council of Tanners.

All the statements made within this declaration are based on our best and up-to-date knowledge and on an accurate quality control by Hideorzo Group. The products used are technical grade formulations, semi-finished or raw materials, which conformity is integrated by specific declaration of our suppliers.
